In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kv8vip website available at https://kv8vip.app, including all pages, features, games, and services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, or match-bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to the Bangladesh region.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available through the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any territory where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on kv8vip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of or located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by kv8vip for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or agent of kv8vip or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You are acting voluntarily and are not under undue pressure, impairment, or legal incapacity at the time of registration.

Each User may register only one Account on kv8vip. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. kv8vip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kv8vip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

You agree to notify kv8vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kv8vip accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such losses are caused directly by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

All activity carried out through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. kv8vip reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately if we detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

kv8vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by kv8vip, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction caps.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds. kv8vip is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Funds deposited into your Account are held solely for the purpose of gameplay on the kv8vip platform. Deposits do not accrue interest. kv8vip reserves the right to reject a deposit if there is reason to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Deposit processing times are generally instant for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance depending on your issuing bank. If a deposit does not appear after the stated processing time, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 6. kv8vip does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a business day are generally processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this cut-off may be processed on the following business day. During periods of high demand or scheduled platform maintenance, processing may take up to 72 hours.

kv8vip reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where:

• Your Account has not completed identity verification as required under Section 6.
• There is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms relating to your Account.
• The withdrawal would reduce your Account Balance below the amount required to satisfy an outstanding Wagering Requirement on active Bonus Funds.
• We have received a formal request from a competent legal authority to freeze or seize the funds.

Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money balance through gameplay in accordance with the bonus terms applicable at the time of the promotion.

kv8vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We may request verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review.

Verification documents we may request include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where requested.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Attempts to submit falsified or edited documents constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Until KYC verification is complete, kv8vip may place restrictions on your Account, including limits on withdrawal amounts or a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Completing KYC promptly ensures uninterrupted access to all platform features.

kv8vip offers promotional bonuses, free spins credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules that apply across all kv8vip promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• kv8vip reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus claims in progress are honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or pattern play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the kv8vip platform are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained dealers under the rules of each respective game provider.

You agree to use the kv8vip platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in any game. Any winnings derived from a known or unknown technical error are void and will be reversed from your Account Balance.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer game formats.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the house edge in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means.

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or server interruptions — kv8vip reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players' Accounts. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances; no additional compensation will be provided.

kv8vip sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a market, kv8vip's decision — made in good faith based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA) — is final.

kv8vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following tools, all of which are available free of charge directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

You must not use the kv8vip platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any activity that would constitute a criminal offence in your jurisdiction. kv8vip employs fraud detection systems that monitor Account activity for suspicious patterns.

If kv8vip reasonably suspects that an Account is being used in connection with prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities. In such cases, affected Account Balances may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Chargebacks initiated against kv8vip through a payment provider without first contacting our support team are considered a breach of these Terms. kv8vip reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts together with any associated administrative costs.

All content on the kv8vip platform — including but not limited to the kv8vip brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of kv8vip or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any kv8vip content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of kv8vip intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kv8vip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kv8vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kv8vip is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.

kv8vip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to kv8vip.

All data transmitted between your device and the kv8vip platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to kv8vip staff in plain text.

kv8vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform before the change takes effect and may request withdrawal of your remaining Account Balance subject to these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kv8vip platform shall first be referred to kv8vip's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. kv8vip will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notice.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
